You’re not planning a procedure.

You’re preparing for a life event.

Giving birth isn’t just about having a baby. It’s about becoming a mother.

You are stepping outside of the norm. Because the norm in our culture? It’s to show up, go with the flow, and hope for the best.

It’s a system where other people make decisions for your body and your baby, because they don’t believe you can trust yourself.

Where your birth happens to you—on a conveyor belt of routines and assumptions. Because in that model, delivering babies is the work of doctors—not mothers.

But that’s not what you want.

You’re not here to conform or comply.

You’re here to prepare.

To slow down, do your research, and think through your options.

To figure out what really matters to you—and to be surrounded by people who will protect your priorities.

You don’t need someone to tell you what to do.

You need someone to walk beside you as you figure out what’s right for you and your baby, and then stay with you and uphold you as you create the kind of experience you deserve.

You’ve never done this before — but you know it matters.

You’re not looking to just go with the flow.

You will look back on this experience for the rest of your life. Is there any experience more profound — or more life-changing — than welcoming your first baby?

You want to remember this birth with awe—not disappointment or regret.

You want to feel rooted in your values—not rushed by a system that doesn’t see you as an individual.

You want to stay present and powerful—not swept away by a stream of policies that don’t reflect your priorities.

You want to be honored as a mother —not just seen as a patient.

To feel confident in your body’s wisdom, and clear on what’s right for you.

To have a team that doesn't just support you—they follow your lead, trusting your innate wisdom and intuition.

This isn’t about planning a perfect birth.

It’s about stepping into your role as a parent—with intention, self-trust, and strength.

You are about to step across the threshold into motherhood.

You will have to get honest about what you want—and make a plan to protect it.

You will need to be ready to push back — against policies, assumptions, and a maternity system that wasn’t built for individuality and autonomy.

And that’s why you’re here.

You’re not waiting until your due date to think about your experience.
You’re already doing the work to prepare—and that matters.

I’d love to offer my support.

In our work together, we’ll:

  • Cut through the noise and clarify your values

  • Build a birth plan that actually means something

  • Get you and your partner on the same page

  • Equip you to ask hard questions, speak up when needed, and stay grounded through intensity

  • Make sure you enter your birth with more than information—with deep self-trust

Because, no matter how your birth experience goes, it will transform you. You deserve to walk into it with your eyes open and your power intact.

The kind of birth you want doesn’t just happen by default.

I would be honored to support you.

Here are a few ways we can work together:

Virtual Birth Mentorship

If you’re looking for support right now—before labor begins, before decisions get complicated—this is for you.

We’ll work together one-on-one to plan a new kind of experience: grounded, clear, and centered on what matters most to you.

  • Each virtual session is tailored to your unique needs. We might work through creating your birth plan, navigating hospital systems, preparing your partner for a supportive role, processing a previous birth, or planning for postpartum care. It’s support designed to meet you where you are.

If you’re not sure how much support you’ll need, that’s okay. Many clients start with a single session and go from there. I typically recommend:

    • One session if you need clarity on a specific topic—like birth preferences or partner prep

    • Two to three sessions if you're looking for more holistic support through pregnancy

    • Four or more sessions if you want consistent guidance from early pregnancy through postpartum planning

You can book your first session here, and we’ll build your custom support package together from there.

    • First-time parents who want to plan with intention - not just go with the flow

    • Families without access to a local doula who shares their philosophy who still want deeply grounded support

  • Single session (75 minutes): $185

    • Multi-session clients: (3+ sessions) $165 per session

    • Payment plans available | FSA/HSA eligible

    • Discount for 3+ sessions is given on the third session.

In-Person Doula Support

High-touch, values-based care for families in Utah County

Birth is one of the most transformational experiences of your life—and you deserve support that honors that. I work with just 2–3 clients per month so I can offer deep, continuous, personalized care.

  • This premium package is designed for parents who want to prepare deeply, birth intentionally, and be supported through every phase of the experience—from the first prenatal to postpartum integration.

    • 5 prenatal sessions to prepare you emotionally, physically, and logistically for birth. We’ll go deep into your values, clarify your preferences, work through fears, and build a birth plan that reflects what matters most to you. These sessions are also about preparing to advocate confidently, making informed decisions, and ensuring your partner feels ready to support you with intention.

    • I’ll accompany you to a key prenatal appointment—typically the one where you review your birth plan with your provider. I’ll help you prepare ahead of time, support you in asking clear, aligned questions, and be there during the visit to help you interpret responses, clarify your preferences, and ensure your voice is truly heard.

    • Personalized Mother’s Blessing: A Mother’s Blessing is a special, celebratory gathering that honors your transition into motherhood. Unlike a baby shower, it’s not about gifts or games—it’s about you. You can invite friends, family, or your support circle, and I’ll help you plan and guide a meaningful event that reflects your values and prepares you emotionally for the journey ahead.

    • Text/phone support throughout your pregnancy: Between sessions, you’re welcome to reach out with questions, updates, or concerns. Whether you’re navigating a provider conversation, wondering what’s normal, or just need reassurance, I’m here to respond with thoughtful support and trusted resources.

    • In-person labor and birth support - This is where it all comes together. I’ll be there to help you stay connected to your values, navigate decisions and unexpected changes in real time, and advocate for what matters most to you—offering hands-on comfort, emotional steadiness, and calm guidance through each phase.

    • 2 postpartum visits - We’ll meet after your baby arrives to process your birth story, celebrate your strength, and talk through any parts that feel confusing or unresolved. I’ll support you in your feeding goals—whatever they look like for you—and hold space for the emotional highs and lows of your early transition into parenthood.

    • Ongoing connection - My support doesn’t end the moment our sessions do. Clients often reach out with questions, reflections, or needs that arise after birth—and I’m here for that. If I can support you, I will. If not, I’ll help connect you to someone who can.

This is for you if you’re ready to prepare for birth as a rite of passage—not just a medical event, but a transformational entry into parenthood.

  • Steady, grounded support for the birth you’re planning.

This package is for you if you want to prepare intentionally, feel confident in your choices, and have someone by your side who understands your values and honors your voice.

We’ll meet for three private prenatal sessions where we’ll talk through your birth preferences, clarify your priorities, prepare your partner to offer meaningful support, and work through any questions or concerns that come up along the way.

As your due date approaches, I’ll be on call for you 24/7, ready to join you in labor when you need support. I’ll provide continuous in-person guidance and hands-on comfort measures throughout your birth—helping you stay grounded, connected, and in tune with what matters most.

After your baby arrives, we’ll meet for one postpartum visit to process your experience, support your early parenting goals, and talk through any emotional or physical transitions you’re navigating.

You’ll also have text and phone access throughout your pregnancy—because I know questions, emotions, and decisions don’t just show up on a schedule.

If you’re looking for steady, meaningful support that centers your experience and your autonomy, this is for you.

  • Not everyone needs the same level of support—so I offer two options:

    • The Core Package is for families who want strong, steady guidance throughout their pregnancy and birth, but don’t need all the extras. It includes three prenatal sessions, full birth support, and one postpartum visit—with text access and on-call availability throughout.

    • The Premium Package is for families who want to prepare deeply, plan every layer of their experience with intention, and be held through every phase—from emotional preparation to postpartum integration. It includes more sessions, more touchpoints, and more personalized ceremony and advocacy.
