Let’s Work Together.
Birth support isn’t one-size-fits-all. Whether you're looking for hands-on guidance through labor, personalized planning support, or self-paced tools, there's an option here to meet you where you are.
In-Person Doula Support
High-touch, values-based care for families in Utah County
Birth is one of the most transformational experiences of your life—and you deserve support that honors that. I work with just 2–3 clients per month so I can offer deep, continuous, personalized care.
-
If you're just looking for a doula to show up and squeeze your hips at 6 cm, I'm probably not the right fit.
But if you want someone to help you dig deep—someone who can walk with you through what matters most, help you advocate for yourself in a system that doesn't always share your priorities, and help you create a birth experience that honors your transition into a new phase of life — then we might be a great match.
I offer in-person doula support for:
Parents in Utah County who want a trusted guide during labor - someone who understands their values, reminds them of their power, and helps them stay grounded when things get intense.
People preparing for birth as a major life event, who want an experience that reflects the magnitude of becoming a parent.
Those who are planning intentionally, not just following the standard hospital routine.
Families who want to reduce unnecessary interventions and stay connected to their body’s wisdom during birth.
-
This premium package is designed for parents who want to prepare deeply, birth intentionally, and be supported through every phase of the experience—from the first prenatal to postpartum integration.
5 prenatal sessions to prepare you emotionally, physically, and logistically for birth. We’ll go deep into your values, clarify your preferences, work through fears, and build a birth plan that reflects what matters most to you. These sessions are also about preparing to advocate confidently, making informed decisions, and ensuring your partner feels ready to support you with intention.
I’ll accompany you to a key prenatal appointment—typically the one where you review your birth plan with your provider. I’ll help you prepare ahead of time, support you in asking clear, aligned questions, and be there during the visit to help you interpret responses, clarify your preferences, and ensure your voice is truly heard.
Personalized Mother’s Blessing: A Mother’s Blessing is a special, celebratory gathering that honors your transition into motherhood. Unlike a baby shower, it’s not about gifts or games—it’s about you. You can invite friends, family, or your support circle, and I’ll help you plan and guide a meaningful event that reflects your values and prepares you emotionally for the journey ahead.
Text/phone support throughout your pregnancy: Between sessions, you’re welcome to reach out with questions, updates, or concerns. Whether you’re navigating a provider conversation, wondering what’s normal, or just need reassurance, I’m here to respond with thoughtful support and trusted resources.
In-person labor and birth support - This is where it all comes together. I’ll be there to help you stay connected to your values, navigate decisions and unexpected changes in real time, and advocate for what matters most to you—offering hands-on comfort, emotional steadiness, and calm guidance through each phase.
2 postpartum visits - We’ll meet after your baby arrives to process your birth story, celebrate your strength, and talk through any parts that feel confusing or unresolved. I’ll support you in your feeding goals—whatever they look like for you—and hold space for the emotional highs and lows of your early transition into parenthood.
Ongoing connection - My support doesn’t end the moment our sessions do. Clients often reach out with questions, reflections, or needs that arise after birth—and I’m here for that. If I can support you, I will. If not, I’ll help connect you to someone who can.
This is for you if you’re ready to prepare for birth as a rite of passage—not just a medical event, but a transformational entry into parenthood.

This package is designed for families who want confident, connected birth support—without the extra prenatal coaching or added ceremonial elements. It’s ideal if:
You’ve already done some of your own preparation but want a trusted expert by your side
You’re planning a hospital or birth center birth and want help navigating the system
You value having a calm, grounded presence in the room—someone who knows you, your goals, and your preferences
You want support that centers your voice, your values, and your story
What’s Included:
We’ll meet for two private prenatal sessions where we’ll talk through your birth preferences, clarify your priorities, prepare your partner to offer meaningful support, and work through any questions or concerns that come up along the way.
As your due date approaches, I’ll be on call for you 24/7, ready to join you in labor when you need support. I’ll provide continuous in-person guidance and hands-on comfort measures throughout your birth—helping you stay grounded, connected, and in tune with what matters most.
After your baby arrives, we’ll meet for one postpartum visit to process your experience, support your early parenting goals, and talk through any emotional or physical transitions you’re navigating.
You’ll also have text and phone access throughout your pregnancy—because I know questions, emotions, and decisions don’t just show up on a schedule.
If you’re looking for steady, meaningful support that centers your experience and your autonomy, this is for you.

Virtual Birth Mentorship
Flexible, personalized support for the birth you want—wherever you are
Not everyone has access to the kind of birth support they deserve. Whether your local options don’t align with your values or you simply want guidance from someone who sees birth as a meaningful rite of passage, virtual mentorship offers a flexible and empowering path forward.
-
Each virtual session is tailored to your unique needs. We might work through creating your birth plan, navigating hospital systems, preparing your partner for a supportive role, processing a previous birth, or planning for postpartum care. It’s support designed to meet you where you are.
If you’re not sure how much support you’ll need, that’s okay. Many clients start with a single session and go from there. I typically recommend:
One session if you need clarity on a specific topic—like birth preferences or partner prep
Two to three sessions if you're looking for more holistic support through pregnancy
Four or more sessions if you want consistent guidance from early pregnancy through postpartum planning
You can book your first session here, and we’ll build your custom support package together from there.

People who want to plan with intention - not just go with the flow
First-time parents preparing for birth as a rite of passage - not a procedure
Parents who’ve experienced a difficult or traumatic birth and are ready to make this time different.
Families without access to a local doula who shares their philosophy who still want deeply grounded support
