Your last birth was hard.
This one can be better.
A different experience is possible—and you don’t have to figure it out alone.
Maybe you felt powerless, unheard, or invisible.
Maybe you made choices you didn’t really want to make—because things were moving too fast, or you didn’t feel safe to say no.
Maybe no one did anything to you—but no one protected your priorities either.
Maybe your baby needed extra help, and while everyone focused on their recovery—you were left holding a story no one asked about.
Whether your birth was deeply traumatic or quietly disappointing, the ache is real.
And so is the fear that this could happen again.
Maybe your birth was traumatic—physically, emotionally, or both.
Maybe you're not sure if what you’re feeling counts as trauma, but something still doesn’t feel whole.
This time, you’re owning it.
You are the authority over your body and your baby.
You’re giving birth — not having it happen to you.
You can trust yourself — and your team trusts you, too.
You’re surrounded by defenders of your voice and your needs.
You have the tools to meet birthing intensity with clarity and calm.
You’re treated with respect and dignity — no matter what unfolds.
Because birth isn’t just a medical event.
It’s a major life event.
And you deserve to make it powerful, personal, and your own.
You’re not just hoping things go better.
It happens when you make space to process what happened last time—and use it as a foundation to do things differently.
Together, we’ll:
Unpack your last experience (without minimizing or rushing past it)
Clarify what you want and what you need
Build a birth plan that reflects your values
Identify the support, tools, and decisions that put you in a position of power
Restore your self-trust and strengthen your voice
The kind of birth you are hoping for doesn’t happen by accident.
I would be honored to support you
Here are a few ways we can work together:
Virtual Birth Mentorship
If you’re looking for support right now—before labor begins, before decisions get complicated—this is for you.
We’ll work together one-on-one to plan a new kind of experience: grounded, clear, and centered on what matters most to you.
-
Each virtual session is tailored to your unique needs. We might work through creating your birth plan, navigating hospital systems, preparing your partner for a supportive role, processing a previous birth, or planning for postpartum care. It’s support designed to meet you where you are.
If you’re not sure how much support you’ll need, that’s okay. Many clients start with a single session and go from there. I typically recommend:
One session if you need clarity on a specific topic—like birth preferences or partner prep
Two to three sessions if you're looking for more holistic support through pregnancy
Four or more sessions if you want consistent guidance from early pregnancy through postpartum planning
You can book your first session here, and we’ll build your custom support package together from there.
-
Parents who’ve experienced a difficult or traumatic birth and are ready to make this time different.
People who want to plan with intention - not just go with the flow
Families without access to a local doula who shares their philosophy who still want deeply grounded support
-
Single session (75 minutes): $185
Multi-session clients: (3+ sessions) $165 per session
Payment plans available | FSA/HSA eligible
Discount for 3+ sessions is given on the third session.
In-Person Doula Support
If you're local and want someone in the room with you—who already knows your story, who will remind you of your power, and who will advocate beside you when it counts—I offer full-spectrum birth support.
-
For those who had a hard birth—and want someone in the room next time who already knows their story.
This package is for you if you’re ready to do things differently.
Not by hoping for a better outcome—but by preparing intentionally, surrounding yourself with support, and reclaiming your voice. We’ll meet for three private prenatal sessions where we process your previous experience and prepare for the next. We’ll talk through your fears, your values, and what it will take for this birth to feel safe and strong. We'll build a birth plan rooted in your priorities—and make sure your partner feels ready too.
I’ll join you for one provider visit, typically when you present your birth preferences. I’ll help you prepare, ask the right questions, and feel grounded as you advocate for yourself in real time.
When labor begins, I’ll be on call and by your side—whether you need hands-on support, a calming presence, or someone to help hold the line when things get intense.
After birth, we’ll reconnect for two postpartum visits to debrief your experience, support your feeding goals, and check in on your emotional transition into parenthood.
You’ll also have text and phone support throughout, because I know this journey doesn’t happen in neat little appointments.
This is for you if you’re ready to feel powerful in your birth—not lucky.
Supported, not swept along.
Informed, not overridden.
Held—not just physically, but emotionally and energetically—by someone who sees what you’ve been through and knows where you want to go. -
